Not seeing any of the servers after installation? Make sure you extract vpnauth.exe from the ZIP file before running it.
Error 691 - Make sure you are using your correct VPN Authority login ID which is your username followed by _vpn@vpnauthority.com. (I.e. If your username is john, your VPN Authority login ID is john_vpn@vpnauthority.com)
Not connecting? (1) Try restarting your router and (2) make sure you have activated your free trial in My VPN.
